Policies

Please find the official policies for the Oregon Garden Resort below:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before 3 pm on your day of arrival. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of 3 pm on your check-in date will be charged one night's room and tax. Cancellations can only be made by calling our reservations center at 1-800-966-6490 or by calling the resort directly at 503-874-2500.

Smoking
Oregon Garden Resort is a non-smoking resort, which includes the use of marijuana. Public marijuana consumption is illegal in the state of Oregon. Smoking is not allowed in or around the buildings. The Resort has one designated smoking area.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We accept travelers' checks with the appropriate identification.

Pets
Cats and dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms for a nominal fee. Pets are welcome in the outdoor dining section of the restaurant. Please tell us how many pets you are bringing and select a pet-friendly room from the available room types when making your reservation online.

Concierge Service
Our front desk staff will be happy to tell you about the local attractions and events.

Garden Admission
We do not issue rain checks for Garden admission. Garden admission tickets are issued for admission into The Oregon Garden during your stay at the Resort.

Pool and Hot Tub
The hot tub is open year-round. The outdoor pool is seasonal and is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
