Take a Tour of Our Venues

Host your meeting or gathering at the Oregon Garden Resort

1. Self-Guided tour: Check-in at the Oregon Garden Resort front desk and tour the property on your own using our Self-Guided Tour Map. Please note that this option does not include access to guest rooms, private spaces, etc.

2. In-person: Tour all of our venues in person with a representative from the Resort and get all your questions answered onsite.

3. Virtual 360° Tour: View all of our venues virtually with our Google 360° tour below. Also, take a virtual tour of our King & 2 Queen rooms.

How long do we have access to the venue?

The venue may be reserved any time from 7am - 10pm. If you‘d like to request additional time at the venue, our event team is happy to arrange that for you (additional charges may apply).

Do you require us to use your catering?

We‘re proud to be the exclusive caterer on property and offer comprehensive menu offerings, including thoughtfully curated beverage stations, delectable breakfast, break, lunch and dinner options.

Can we dine in the Garden View Restaurant as a group?

We welcome you to dine in the Restaurant with a group of 10 or less. For 10+ guests, we are happy to reserve a private dining space to ensure your comfort.

Are we required to use your AV equipment?

We do not require you to use our AV equipment, however, we do offer AV rentals for your convenience.

Can we change the set of the room during the day?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the set of the room, so we encourage your group to choose a set that will work for all planned activities.

Do you offer discounts on overnight rooms for our guests?

Yes! Our sales team will assist you with reserving a discounted room block for your guests.

How does the bar work and is it required?

While having a bar is optional, you have the option to include one and specify the products served and the quantity you wish to purchase.

Do we have to set up and tear down the space?

Our team will set up and tear down the space, but it is your responsibility to set up and tear down your decor (you have one hour after the event to remove any personal belongings).

The Oregon Garden Resort offers multiple venue spaces and can accommodate groups of up to 125 people. Whether hosting a wellness retreat or a family reunion, our staff will handle all of the details to make planning any type of event as easy as possible. Our full-service professional catering and gorgeous natural setting provide a perfect backdrop for your event.
