Moonstone Spa

We suggest arriving 15-20 minutes before your treatment, allowing time to check-in and unwind. Prior to any spa service, you will be provided a spa robe, slippers and a non-locking cubby for use while enjoying the spa. We do not have a locker room and do not allow blow dryers to ensure we instill peace and quiet throughout the spa.

Please do not bring valuables to the spa. Any purse, wallet or valuables can be taken with you to your treatment room. Moonstone Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items or items left behind.

We accept cash, credit cards, gift certificates or room charges for overnight guests. Gratuities may be added to any of these payment options. Please let the desk attendant know if you would like to add gratuity as it is not included in the service.

Resort guests may have products and services billed to their room, and guests will be asked to fill out a short Room Charge slip as they leave the spa.

If using a gift certificate, please bring the paper copy of the certificate to your service. We cannot honor gift certificates without having the gift certificate number.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Your appointment is happily anticipated and skillfully prepared. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling appointments. If 24 hours notice is not provided or if you fail to show up for your appointment, we will charge your credit card 100% of the service(s) total value. If you are using a gift certificate, 100% of the service(s) total value will be retained from the gift certificate.

If you are late for your appointment, your appointment may be shortened. We will do our best to accommodate you based on what our schedule allows. However, please understand that if you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the previously scheduled time.

Prior to any major spa service, you will be provided with a spa robe, slippers, and a personal cubby for use while enjoying our spa. During all treatments, you will be appropriately draped. Undergarments are optional.

In respect for all spa guests, cell phones are not permitted in spa treatment areas.

Please leave all jewelry and watches in your guest room. We are not able to take responsibility for valuables which are misplaced, lost, or left behind.

Children 15 and under are not permitted in the spa. Children ages 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and provide a signature, but the parent or guardian does not have to be in the room during treatments.
