Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled treatment to check in and unwind. You’ll receive a robe, slippers, and a non-locking cubby. We do not provide a locker room, and blow dryers are not allowed to maintain a calm environment.

Please do not bring valuables to the spa. Moonstone Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Accepted: cash, credit card, gift certificate, or room charge (for overnight guests). Gratuities may be added. If using a gift certificate, the paper copy must be presented at service.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel. If notice is not given or you no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you arrive late, the treatment may be shortened (but will still end at the scheduled time).

During treatments, you’ll be draped and undergarments are optional.

Cell phones are not allowed in treatment areas.

Please leave jewelry and watches in your room. The spa cannot be responsible for misplaced or lost items.

Children aged 15 and under are not permitted. Guests age 16–17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and provide a signed waiver (the guardian does not need to stay in the room).

We do not recommend massages in the first trimester unless you have a doctor’s note. In your second and third trimesters, only the Mother Moonstone Massage is offered.
