Pet Policy

Our pet rules ensure that you, your pet and our other guests are happy and safe during every stay in Silverton.

  1. Pets may not be left unattended anywhere on property. Never leave your pet alone in guest room, unless they are in a crate. For the safety and comfort of your pet and our staff, our housekeepers will NOT service your room when pets are present.
  2. Pets must be on leash or other form of restraint when out of guest rooms. You must clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the garbage receptacles provided. Pet waste bags are available at the pet relief area.
  3. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub, or in the Garden View Restaurant, Fireside Lounge or Moonstone Spa. Pets are welcome in the outdoor dining areas of our restaurant and lounge.
  4. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous and unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination/defecation in public areas. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Barking dogs can disturb other guests. If you ignore the rules and leave your pet alone in a room, we reserve the option of charging to your credit or debit card on file the amount of any discount(s) provided to other guests who are disturbed by your pet.
  5. Pets must be clean and free of fleas and other pests. Proof of current rabies vaccinations as well as other health certificates may be required, as deemed necessary by Management.
  6. We charge a nightly fee of $35 per night (we allow a maximum of two (2) well-behaved pets per pet friendly guestroom). Allowing pets in a non-pet-friendly room will result in a $250 fine charged to your room.
  7. You will be solely responsible for any injury inflicted by your pet on other guests, pets, or hotel staff, as well as any damages your pet causes to guestrooms or common areas of the hotel. Your account will be charged repair or replacement cost for any property damage caused by your pet.
