Cancellations made anytime the day before your arrival (12:00am to 11:59pm) will be assessed a fee of $50. Cancellations made anytime during the day of your arrival (beginning at 12:00am) will be charged one night's room and tax. Cancellations can only be made by calling our reservations center at 1-800-966-6490 or by calling the resort directly at 503-874-2500.
Oregon Garden Resort is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is not allowed in or around the buildings. The Resort has one designated smoking area.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We accept travelers' checks with the appropriate identification.
Pets are welcome in designated pet rooms for a nominal fee. Pets are welcome in the outdoor dining section of the restaurant. Please tell us how many pets you are bringing and select a pet friendly room from the available room types when making your reservation online.
Our front desk staff will be happy to tell you about the local attractions and events.
We do not issue rain checks for Garden admission. Garden admission tickets are issued for admission into The Oregon Garden during your stay at the Resort.
Pool and Hot Tub
The hot tub is open year round. The outdoor pool is seasonal and is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
