The community celebrates his legacy every year at the Homer Davenport Festival, a three-day extravaganza of entertainment, food, friendly competition, and more. Taking place this year from August 7 through 9, you'll find live music performances, an international food court, arts and crafts fair, strawberry festival, and ping pong ball float. Catch a classic car show, join in the fun run, and don't miss the colorful parade. From 12pm to 9pm each day, you'll find a flurry of good old-fashioned fun, centered around Coolidge McClaine Park.
