Attending a conference at
Oregon Garden Resort is easy. Here are a few resources which can help you
get the most from your conference at Oregon Garden Resort.
Reserving your
accommodation
If you are attending a conference at Oregon Garden Resort, you can make your
room reservation
on-line or
by calling us on 1-503-874-2500. If you call, it is important to have the
group number available as this will ensure your reservation is at the
correct rate and is in the room block that has been reserved for your
conference.
To reserve
on-line
Your conference organizer
or meeting planner should have issued you with a group name and password,
once you have this, the rest is simple.
Here are the steps for making an on-line reservation, following these steps
ensures that your room is part of the room block that has been reserved by
the conference organizer.
1. Receive a group name and password from your conference organizer.
2. Click on any of the
book a room links
for Oregon Garden Resort.
3. Select “Group” from the available options and click on continue.
4. Enter the group name and password.
5. Once you have logged in you will be able to select your arrival dates and
room type, then make your reservation.
6. Once you have completed the reservation an E-Mail will be sent to you
confirming the reservation.
